Kornelije StankovićComposer who has one of the most eminent places in the history of Serbian religious music and especially in the history of musical art. He recorded the entire Serbian religious singing. He was conductor of a choir of Belgrade choral association when instead of the foreign music a new national musical style took over. Unfortunately his musical work did not last for long; he died in his 34th year of life. His remains were transferred from Budapest and on the 25th February 1940 he was buried at the New Cemetery.

He is buried at the New Cemetery in the Passage of the Greats, grave 20, row II.
